FAQs
How do I make a booking?
Send us your preferred dates, group size and trip length on WhatsApp, or contact us through the website. We will confirm availability and guide you through the booking.
Which pier does the speedboat depart from?
The Surin Islands speedboat leaves from Nam Khem Pier at Namkhem Marina in Phang Nga, north of Khao Lak. If your trip includes a hotel transfer, it takes you to the pier for check-in before boarding. Your exact pickup and check-in details are confirmed for your date. View the departure pier on Google Maps.
Is this a room-only booking?
No. The tent is included only as part of the complete overnight snorkelling package.
What is included in the package?
Return hotel and speedboat transfers, air-conditioned tent accommodation, meals, soft drinks, fruit, snorkelling equipment, towels, guide support and national marine park fees are included.
Does the air-conditioned tent have a private bathroom?
No. The air-conditioned tent uses the shared wash and toilet facilities in the national-park camping area.
How many guests can stay in one tent?
Each air-conditioned tent accommodates up to two guests.
Can one person book the air-conditioned tent?
Yes. The adult trip price is THB 10,000 plus THB 3,000 for one tent: THB 13,000 total for 2 days / 1 night. For 3 days / 2 nights, it is THB 12,000 plus THB 6,000: THB 18,000. There is no single-person supplement; the tent upgrade is charged once per unit whether one or two guests use it, subject to availability.
Can I choose 2 days / 1 night or 3 days / 2 nights?
Yes. Choose one island night with the 2 days / 1 night package, or two island nights with the 3 days / 2 nights package.
How is it different from the regular tent?
You still sleep beneath canvas beside the beach, but the air-conditioned tent adds a proper raised bed, simple furniture and cooling. Both tent options use shared bathroom facilities.
When is the accommodation confirmed?
We can check and confirm the regular-tent trip first. With more than seven days until departure, a 20% deposit can secure that confirmed trip. The National Park opens air-conditioned tent reservations up to 60 days before arrival; we request your tent then. Upgrades are limited and cannot be guaranteed, and we confirm the final room and revised total in writing if secured.
