Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans sometimes change. The terms below explain the options for our Surin Islands snorkelling day trips and overnight stays in a clear, practical way.

Your written confirmation identifies the day-trip or overnight package and any accommodation upgrade that applies.
Snorkelling day trips
For cancellations made more than 2 days in advance of your trip date, you will receive a full refund minus a 500 THB per person administrative and bank charge fee.
For cancellations made within 2 days of your trip date, no refund will be issued.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Overnight packages and upgrades
The cancellation terms stated in your written confirmation apply to the base overnight package.
SeaStar air-conditioned tent and bungalow upgrades are non-refundable once confirmed. Date changes remain subject to supplier availability and any charge confirmed in writing.
How to cancel or change a booking
- Use our Booking Support form and include your booking reference, lead traveller’s name and trip date.
- Tell us whether you would like to cancel or request a new date.
- We will confirm the request with the operator and reply in writing with the refund, credit, new date or supplier charge that applies.
A request is not complete until we have acknowledged it in writing. Refunds are returned to the original payment route unless we agree another lawful method with you. Processing time can depend on the payment provider and supplier confirmation.
Your booking confirmation and any later written variation form part of these terms. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
