1. Making a booking

Sending an enquiry or booking request does not confirm a reservation straight away. We will check availability and your booking is confirmed when we send you written confirmation and any required payment has been received.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the booking on behalf of everyone included in it. If you provide another traveller’s details, please make sure they are happy for you to do so and that they understand these terms.

2. Prices and payments

The amount and currency shown in your written confirmation or invoice are the amount due. Any deposit, balance amount and payment deadline will be explained before you pay.

Please pay by the stated deadline so we can keep the reservation secured. If payment is late, the requested places may be released. Card payments are handled through a secure hosted payment provider, and your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or charge.

3. Availability and trip details

Trips are subject to availability, weather, sea conditions, national-park decisions and safe operation. Pickup times, boats, snorkelling sites, routes and schedules may change when reasonably necessary.

We will provide the latest confirmed information available to us and let you know about a significant change as soon as reasonably possible. Please avoid making tightly timed onward travel arrangements around an estimated return time.

4. Traveller information

Please provide complete and accurate names, contact details, dates, hotel or pickup information and any other details requested for the trip. Overnight bookings may require full traveller details and the accommodation choice shown on the confirmed reservation.

Tell us promptly if anything changes. Incorrect or late information can delay confirmation, affect pickup or prevent the relevant trip provider from accepting a traveller.

5. Changing or cancelling your booking

If your plans change, use our Booking Support form as soon as you can and include your booking reference and travel date.

We will always try to move your booking to another available date. Date changes are subject to availability and do not restart the original cancellation period.

Refunds and cancellation charges are explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and in any trip-specific terms provided before payment. The terms accepted for your confirmed booking continue to apply.

6. Changes or cancellations by us or the trip provider

A trip may occasionally need to be changed, postponed or cancelled because of weather, sea conditions, safety, a national-park or local-authority decision, boat availability or another operational issue.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available option, such as a suitable alternative date, replacement arrangement or applicable refund. Separate costs such as flights, hotels or onward travel are not included unless we confirmed them as part of your booking.

7. Pickup and departure

Please give us accurate hotel details, check your confirmed pickup information and be ready at the stated time. If you believe your pickup is late, use our Booking Support form promptly.

If a traveller misses a confirmed pickup or departure because the supplied details were incorrect or they were not ready in time, the trip may be treated as a late cancellation and a refund may not be available.

8. Trip providers

We arrange trips with established boat, transport and activity providers. The relevant provider is responsible for safely delivering its part of the trip. Visit Surin Islands remains your booking contact and will do its best to help if a question or problem arises.

Reasonable provider rules relating to safety, park entry, equipment, certification and conduct form part of the trip arrangements.

9. If something goes wrong

Please tell the guide, crew or trip provider promptly if a problem occurs during the trip so they have an opportunity to help. You can also use our Booking Support form with your booking reference and a clear explanation, and we will do our best to assist.

10. Website information

We work to keep trip descriptions, inclusions, prices and schedules accurate. Travel information can change, so your latest written booking confirmation takes priority where it differs from general website information.

Website text, photographs, branding and original material may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

11. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how booking and traveller information is used and retained. Our Cookie Policy explains the website technologies we use and the choices available to you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our booking process, trips or applicable requirements change. The version provided or linked when your booking is confirmed will apply to that booking unless a later change is agreed with you or is required by law.
