Questions about the 3-day stay

How do I make a booking?

If your trip is more than seven days away, you can secure your places with a 20% deposit.

The remaining 80% is due exactly seven days before the trip, and you may pay in full at any time.

If you book seven days or fewer before travel, full payment is required.

Which pier does the speedboat depart from?

The Surin Islands speedboat leaves from Nam Khem Pier at Namkhem Marina in Phang Nga, north of Khao Lak. If your trip includes a hotel transfer, it takes you to the pier for check-in before boarding. Your exact pickup and check-in details are confirmed for your date. View the departure pier on Google Maps.

What happens if I cancel? For the regular-tent package, cancelling more than seven days before travel means a refund of payments received minus ฿1,000 per booking. At seven days or fewer, the base trip is non-refundable. If you request an air-conditioned tent or bungalow, its separate supplement is payable immediately when a room becomes available and is non-refundable once paid and booked with the National Park. Read the full refund and cancellation policy.
Is the ฿12,000 price for a regular tent?Yes. It is the adult package price for 3 days / 2 nights in a regular national-park tent. The child price is ฿9,000 for ages 4–11. A regular tent accommodates one or two guests.
Is this much different from the one-night stay? The extra night gives you a complete middle day without a mainland crossing or afternoon departure. If your holiday is shorter, the 2-day / 1-night trip remains the easiest overnight experience to fit in.
Can I upgrade the accommodation?Yes, subject to live availability. An air-conditioned tent or two-person bungalow adds ฿6,000 per unit for the two-night stay; a four-person bungalow adds ฿8,000 per unit. Add the supplement once per room to the adult and child trip prices. The National Park opens accommodation reservations up to 60 days before arrival. We can confirm the regular-tent trip first, then request your preferred upgrade as soon as that window opens. An upgraded room is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. If available, we confirm the supplement, take payment immediately and then complete the National Park reservation in writing.
What is the luggage allowance for the hotel transfer?A THB 200 transfer charge applies to each bag larger than 20 inches. Please tell us in advance if you will bring a large bag.
